Shipments and returns
Your Package Shipment Packages are usually shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via MNG with tracking and unsigned delivery. If you opt for delivery with MNG Extra with required signature, an additional cost will apply, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Shipping charges include handling and packaging charges, as well as postage. Packaging charges are fixed and shipping charges vary according to the total weight of the shipment.
We recommend grouping your items in one order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately and shipping charges will apply to each. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items. The boxes are big enough and your belongings are well protected.
